1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "777ta" or "the Platform" means the online casino and sports betting platform operated at 777ta.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile sites, and web applications.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 777ta platform.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the aggregate of real-money funds deposited by the Player and held by 777ta for the purpose of wagering on the Platform, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 777ta under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations prior to processing any withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and supervising gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total sum that must be wagered on qualifying games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on 777ta, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with all documents expressly incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated or summarized version of these Terms, the English text shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension or closure without obligation to return any balance.

3.4 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on 777ta at any time. Duplicate Accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — are prohibited. 777ta reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and void all associated wagers and winnings.

4 Account Management

4.1 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 777ta requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine driver's license, and Philippine passport. 777ta may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and one-time PIN. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777ta will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed inactive. 777ta reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant Account balances, provided that the applicable fee and notice period are disclosed to the Player in advance.

5 Deposits & Payments

777ta accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless stated otherwise for a specific payment method.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 777ta Wallet within seconds of successful authorization.
• Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• 777ta does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• All deposited funds must be used for wagering on the Platform. 777ta reserves the right to investigate deposits that have not been wagered at least once prior to a withdrawal request.
• 777ta does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take 15 to 60 minutes during standard banking hours.
• 777ta reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱200,000 within any 30-day rolling period.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds remain subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• 777ta processes withdrawal requests on a rolling basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

777ta may offer various promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined by the terms of each specific promotion.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• 777ta reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such change does not adversely affect Players who have already opted into the promotion in good faith.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, the use of automated betting systems, and deliberate exploitation of bonus terms — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a given welcome promotion only once, regardless of whether they open additional Accounts.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on 777ta Casino are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available either on the game information page or from the game supplier's published documentation.

777ta does not alter the outcomes of any game provided by third-party suppliers. 9 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

11 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of 777ta or its licensors beyond the limited right to use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered Player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 777ta platform without the express prior written consent of 777ta Casino.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777ta Casino, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred in the normal course of play.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as GCash, Maya, or participating banks.

Nothing in this Section shall limit 777ta's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13 Termination & Suspension

777ta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A Player's own self-exclusion request submitted to 777ta or through PAGCOR's exclusion register.
• Direction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine court or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance in a closed Account (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777ta Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Player rights, 777ta will provide reasonable advance notice via registered email address or an in-platform notification displayed upon login. The amended Terms will be published at 777ta.lat/terms-conditions with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the 777ta platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the competent courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. This clause does not limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

777ta Casino operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly with 777ta may be escalated to PAGCOR through its published complaint resolution procedures.
